Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Hushweek (“we”, “us”) about your use of the Hushweek app, any Hushweek account you create, and the website at https://hushweek.com. By using the app you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the app.

1. A tracker, not medical advice

Hushweek does not give medical advice. It keeps a log of your medicine, your doses and how you feel, and explains what your medicine’s official label says. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, it does not recommend or calculate doses, and it never tells you whether to take, skip, delay or change a dose.

Always follow your prescriber’s plan, and ask your doctor, nurse or pharmacist about your medicine. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

The level estimate is a model drawn from the half-life on your medicine’s label and the doses you log. It is an estimate, not a measurement of the medicine in your body, and must never be used to decide a dose or its timing.

Label summaries and links are provided for convenience. Labels change, and the official label and your prescriber are always the authority. Hushweek is not a medical device. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of any medicine it follows; medicine names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the medicine.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Hushweek.

3. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the store’s usage rules. The app, its design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, except where the law allows.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If these terms conflict with the store’s terms about the store’s role, the store’s terms apply.

4. Free and Pro

The core of Hushweek is free, with no time limit. Hushweek Pro adds the features shown in the app, such as the level estimate, insights across your weeks, doctor reports after the first, unlimited progress photos, more home screen widgets and Apple Watch. You can buy Pro as a yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends) and at each renewal, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial, where offered, is for new subscribers; if you cancel before it ends, you won’t be charged. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app, or your Hushweek account, does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.

Payment is handled by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their policies. You can restore Pro on another phone with Restore purchases and the same Apple or Google account, or by signing in to your Hushweek account. We may change prices or what Pro includes in future; a change to a subscription’s price follows the store’s rules on notice and consent.

5. Accounts

An account is optional. Everything in Hushweek works without one, and what you log then stays on your phone. If you create one, you sign in with Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email address; there are no passwords. While you’re signed in, the app keeps a cloud backup of your log and links your Pro purchase to your account, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Keep your sign-in safe. Keep your email account and your Apple or Google account secure, keep your phone locked, and never share a sign-in code: anyone with it can open your account and the log in it. You are responsible for what happens through your account. If you think someone else has signed in, write to support@hushweek.com straight away.

Delete it any time. You can sign out whenever you like, and delete your account in the app (You › Account › Delete account) or as described on our account deletion page. Deleting it deletes your cloud backup for good. It doesn’t cancel a subscription, which you manage in the App Store or Google Play, and it doesn’t erase the log on your phone.

6. Your data

What you log belongs to you. Without an account it stays on your phone; with one, a copy is also kept in your cloud backup, for you alone. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and for your own copies: You › Your data exports everything you have logged and saves a backup file you keep where you choose. The cloud backup is there to help, not a guarantee, so keep your own copy of anything that matters to you. Our Privacy Policy explains what leaves your phone and why.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, the website or our servers: don’t interfere with them, try to reach other people’s accounts or data, try to get around their protections or Pro, or use them to break the law. We may suspend or delete an account that does.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hushweek is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We work to keep label information accurate and current and your cloud backup safe, but we don’t promise that the app or the backup will be free of errors, interruptions or loss, or that its information is complete or up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for any health outcome, or for any loss of data or decision made using the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Hushweek Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded by contract, such as those under the Australian Consumer Law or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If a change to the terms is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; using the app after that means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting your account if you have one, deleting the app and cancelling any subscription. We may stop offering the app, or end your license and close your account if you seriously break these terms.

If we ever stop offering accounts or the cloud backup, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before, and then delete the backups. The app, and the log on your phone, keep working as they are.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
